TEEL was visited by Michael Huerta, Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Diosdado Banatao, managing partner of Tallwood Venture Capital.
Michael Huerta was the commencement speaker for the School of Social Sciences, Humanities and Arts, and Diosdado Banatao was the commencement speaker for the School of Engineering and School of Natural Sciences for UC Merced's Spring 2016 graduation ceremony. TEEL was pleased to have these honored guests visit the laboratory and took delight in displaying some of the projects and technology being worked on in TEEL. Michael P. Huerta is the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration. He was sworn-in to office on January 7, 2013 for a five year term.
